(1) Download an MP3.

(2) Import it into Audacity.

(3) Title the track.

(4) Increase the gain.

(5) Split the track.

(6) Cut selections.

(7) Drag track 1.

(8) Fade in and out.

(9) Effects?

(10) ID3 Tags.

(11) Save project.

(12) Export as MP3.
